AdisMenu is not responsible for restaurant food quality, delivery issues, or operational problems.

Customers agree to:

• Make payments honestly and legally
• Not misuse the platform
• Not attempt unauthorized access or fraud

False orders, abuse, or illegal activity may result in account suspension.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. AdisMenu:

• Does not store complete card details
• Is not responsible for banking or payment provider errors
• May charge service fees where applicable

Refund policies may vary depending on the restaurant.

All AdisMenu branding, software, logos, designs, and content are owned by AdisMenu unless otherwise stated. Users may not:

• Copy or resell the platform
• Reverse engineer the software
• Use AdisMenu branding without permission

Users may not:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Upload harmful code or malware
• Attempt hacking or unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform operations
• Use fake payment methods or identities

Violations may result in legal action.

We strive to keep AdisMenu available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Update features

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdisMenu shall not be liable for:
